To make a reservation at one of our picnic shelters, please follow one of the two procedures outlined below:
Method #1: Please visit our calendar to ensure that the date and shelter you are requesting is available. Once you have determined availability, either create a new web account (first time users only) or log into your existing account to proceed to the reservation request screen. Fill in the required information for the facility reservation request by: selecting Washington Township Park as your facility; selecting your shelter choice from the list; filling in your requested date and time (full day rentals 8am-9pm and 8am-7pm as listed above), and following the instructions on the screen.
Method #2: You may also elect to fill out a copy of our Shelter Rental Agreement and bring it by the Pavilion Center. Fill in the date of the rental, name, address, phone number, and email for the person responsible for the rental agreement. Be sure you sign and date the back side of the Rental Agreement and indicate which shelter you would like to request. To submit the signed agreement without stopping into the Pavilion Center, please both scan and email, fax, or mail the signed agreements (contact info below).
In order to secure your reservation, we need to receive the full payment for the shelter (indicated on the agreement under "Rental Fees-Daily Rate Only"), plus the $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit. You may remit payment by any of the following methods: MasterCard or Visa, personal check (made out to Washington Township Park), or cashier's check. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED AS WE DO NOT KEEP IT ON-SITE. If you would like for us to provide you with a confirmation of the rental or receipt for payment, please let us know on the form and be sure you provide an email address or a mailing address.
