The Pool Manager under guidance from the Aquatics Director at Murphy Aquatic Park in Avon, Indiana will provide leadership to pool operations and staff during operating hours of the pool. This position may include but is not limited to hands-on leadership, development of staff, scheduling, purchasing supplies, programming oversight, maintaining safety standards.
The Pool Manager will ensure clear communications are maintained with the public and park staff. This individual must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
