Rink Closures &
Inclement Weather Guidelines: Washington Township Park attempts to be flexible in accommodating user groups but, ultimately the health and safety of the users and the condition and play ability of the rink and igloos takes priority. This may require the closure of the rink or denial of use whenever the weather or rink conditions dictate.
Events and programs may be canceled or postponed by the park if it is determined that weather conditions are unsafe for participants, conducting the activity will have a severe and lasting impact on the rink or igloos, or staff are unable to maintain a safe access to the rink. Please check our FB page for program cancellations. Private Events/Parties will be notified of cancellations due to weather as soon as the decision is made by park staff. |
