Join us for Winter Break Camp!
Don't let the cold weather keep your kids indoors this winter. Our daily outdoor activities include playing in the snow, sledding down the big hill, and taking hikes. Indoors, children will participate in classic board games, large group games, crafts, and science experiments – keeping them entertained and engaged. We understand that structure and planning are crucial, but we also value creativity and imagination. If campers suggest a safe and enjoyable activity, we are all for it! As parents ourselves, we recognize that kids have structured and scheduled school years. Therefore, our camp is a place where they can explore, imagine, and, most importantly, be kids. In a world where technology dominates, there's nothing wrong with embracing the simple joys of childhood. |

Food Policy
As part of our commitment to health and wellness, we encourage campers to bring nutritious foods and beverages. We recommend all campers bring a reusable water bottle to camp each day. Refrigeration is not available for participants’ lunch, so please do not include any food that is subject to rapid deterioration or spoilage. If your camper has a severe food allergy, please contact us so we can provide accommodations for the food allergy if necessary. Please send food in sealed containers and clearly label your camper’s lunch with his/her name.
Drop off
Parents will be dropping off using our drive through service. Cars will pull up to the front doors of the Pavilion Center and a counselor will come out to get your child. Look for the drop off signs.
Departing from Camp
Pick is from 4:30-6pm. Parents/Guardians or Authorized Persons (Camper Information Form) are required to check their camper out with the lead counselor at the end of camp each day. Pull up to the front doors of the Pavilion Center and show your campers pick up pass and the lead counselor will get your camper. All individuals with out a pick up pass must be prepared to show identification during pick-up. You may request multiple passes for each pickup parent/guardian. If you need to pick up your camper before 4:30 please notify us by using the Remind App (direction will be given to parents after registration) so we can have your camper ready for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify the Camp Director in writing at least 10 business days ahead of time if you plan on not having your camper attend the day(s)/week(s) for which they are currently enrolled. If you cancel your registration with less than 10 business days you will not receive a full refund. Anyone who cancels after the 10 day minimum has the option to receive a household credit to use towards future camp days with permission from the Camp Director. Requests for a camp credit must be made at least 24 hours before your child misses a registered day of camp.
Late Pick-Up Fee
If it becomes apparent that tardiness is a reoccurring issue during pickup, the Director will notify you to discuss late fee assessments. Parents will be charged $1 per minute should late pickups continue. In the event of 5 or more late pickups the Camp Director can request removal from camp. Late pick up is after 6 pm for full day.
